This service focuses exclusively on vendor sourcing and coordination. We find the right vendors for your event, negotiate contracts, and ensure they know when and where to arrive. After vendors are confirmed, our role is limited to overseeing their arrivals and departures. Includes: Vendor research + sourcing based on your needs and budget Contract review + negotiation Final schedule sent directly to vendors On-site support for vendor load-in Optional: Return at event end to support vendor load-out Not included: Full event coordination Event-day management beyond vendor arrival/departure Timeline or guest experience management Ideal for: Clients who feel confident planning their event but want a professional to secure trustworthy vendors and manage their logistics.
